I wouldn't eat them though because I don't like most of the above
maple barbecue oven baked pork chops with red pepper rice.
with some stuff
Saved down. I reckon kik would have been a better contestant.
get em nice and caramelised on the outside.
put them on one side to rest
deglaze the pan with some lemon juice, chuck in some anchovies until they break down and then add some capers.
pour resulting mixture onto said chops.
So what you do is you fry your red onions and garlic with some fresh (or dried) rosemary for a few minutes in some oil. Add the pork chops and sear on both sides for no more than 5 minutes. Add sliced apple, a dash of cider vinegar and a spoonful of wholegrain mustard, along with a can of cider and a couple of spoons of brown sugar. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with potatoes (sauté or mash) or rice ( I like camargue red or wholegrain, but normal is good too)
will malt vinegar do or am i best off going without?
this was awesome
Then brown them off. If then layer sliced potato and onions with mustard and herbs and maybe a hint of cheese around and over the pork before pouring over a creamy milky mixture and topping with cheese and if I've got some stale bread around, maybe some seasoned bread crumbs
