So, I've noticed recently a wee belly developing. Nothing too crazy but enough to make me want to work hard to get rid of it.
I also play footie but have noticed my energy levels/stamina are at an all time low. Got blitzed for fun last night by some young pups, which was awful.
So, to deal with the belly i hav started to do 50 sit ups a day. Also gonna avoid beer and bad food.
re the stamina, I have started swimming quite a bit and riding my bike everywhere.
I have also invested in some weights. now, I have to say, a) I am a lazy swine and b) I am a racing snake. So with this in mind, am I gonna have to take some weight gain shit to actually get ripped.
