has anyone successfully done this? Noticed today that they'd hiked their prices so took the opportunity to call them and tell them we wanted to cancel our contract. They informed me that they'd sent a letter (never received it) advising of the changes months ago and that the grace period to cancel has passed. I don't doubt that they sent the letter but surely there's some way round this?
Pretty pissed off as I'm paying way too much money for about 100 shit channels and a poor internet connection.
