Everyone should move to Muswell Hill.
It's like the rest of London but much, much better.
I measured it last week. Think it was 13 foot 8 by 8 foot 9. Which isn't quite master bedroom but decent enough.
I'm sure you'll find somebody suitable soon :)
It's a bit much in my view.
I'm trying to deliberately give sufficient info so that people can decide if their interested before meeting with me. Mostly 'cos last time I was too generic and my current flatmate turned out to be really, really unsuitable in hindsight.
and you sound like you might be difficult to live with/you're being too specific about the sort of person you're looking for.
Upload more photos as well. have one that shows more of the flat instead of the view from the window.
I took a load of photos in the week and just need to upload them - all these ones are from before I moved in.
I am trying to be specific about the type of person I'm looking for. Maybe a bit much so admittedly but I've had about 20 responses so far and only two or three timewasters/people clearly wildly unsuitable so, as filtering methods go, it seems to work.
I maybe could tone it down slightly.
Annoyingly they were offered somewhere £100 a month cheaper and felt they had to accept it. But I now seem to have made two friends as a result of shwoing my flat to people so it's kind of working, albeit probably not in the way my landlord wants!
Edited the ad a bit and changed the photos. Hopefully made it mroe rather than less appealing!
i get to see where you live.
for the first time, of course.
You're presumably looking for different things to me and that's fair enough.
You can filter out people who you're unlikely to get on with at the interview stage.
If I wasn't I'd change it.
Maybe with a photo of you hugging Xander.
It's probably a little bit better. I don't want to go full-bland though.
