Ronde van Vlaanderen (Tour of Flanders) yesterday. A good race but not as good as previous years. Tom Boonen is the eventual winner, beating Filippo Pozzato and Alessandro Ballan. Huge favourite for a couple of the other classics, Fabian Cancellara, falls breaking his collarbone. Minor gripes with Eurosport's split coverage and the outrageous driving of some of the directeur sportifs.
Paris - Rouxbaix next week. Boonen again has to be a big favourite. Thor Hushovd or Philippe Gilbert to maybe pop out and grab a win?
Ardennes classics, Amstel Gold (15/04), La Fleche Wallonne (18/04) and then Liege-Bastogne-Liege (22/04) were all Gilbert's last year. Can he pull it out of the bag again?
