I'm aware that by asking this I run the risk of being ridiculed for sounding like a hippy or summat. Ssh, cynics.
I've become quite keen on lavender oil for relieving stress but I'd really like something that didn't make me too drowsy when I use it during the day.
I'd also like to know if there's any which are good for motivation/concentration. If possible it would be good to hear first hand experience tales, internet research is confusing and the information often contradictory!
I'm also aware that posting this on a Friday evening will probably result in few replies but hey ho, worth a shot. Hippies of DiS, give me your aromatherapy wisdom!
