but your spuds just won't sit right.
I've been suffering with this for the past few nights. I find that a muggy night exacerbates the problem.
bollocks having none of it
If it's really bad I'll wear a pair of underpants, thus interposing a comfortable layer of cotton between moist bollock & sweaty thigh
and keep a choc ice down there
Then during the night wake up and it's completely dead and then you try to lift it and it slides on your bed? It's horrifying right? I can't be the only person who gets this.
I got it once at the same time as the dreaded 'night-cramp' in the calf which wakes you up screaming. I was totally disorientated and confused, as my body appeared to be malfunctioning quite severely.
I felt this thing slithering alongside me in the bed and leaped up screaming, my mum & dad came running in and I was all THERE'S SNAKES IN THE BED THERE'S SNAKES IN THE BED
Oh sure, we laugh about it now
Woke up with my eyes sealed shut and ran around the house screaming "I'm blind! I'm blind!" for about 5 seconds until I ran straight into a wall. Then I had conjunctivits and blood pissing out my nose on top of it.
i had a snake in my bed.
My own dead arm landed on my face and I thought there was animal in my bed until I realised it was my own limb
Was so scared I was paralyzed. Then suddenly I got all the feeling back. Was fucking terrifying. Has it ever happened to anyone else?
I had to wiggle my toes until the rest of my body woke up. fucking horrible.
all tensed up, as if you are straightening them out to align with your shin bone, flat if you get what i mean.i wake up with very sore ankles.
i have no idea why my body does this.
the single worst result of sleeping poorly ever :(
And then wake up and move your head. The pain when the blood rushes back into the cartilage is excruciating.
I just think it's because I have a boil in there or something
I love when DiS is informative. I thought I had a bad ear or something.
as they try and escape the heat of your body, so dangle awkwardly. In the winter they travel up to be snug and warm, and have a nice cosying effect. Sometimes you may even lose one inside - that is normal.
Can't be bothered to insert all the required :-)'s and ^This-es though.
I never know what to do with my arms though! is that kind of the same thing?
while i sleep. Meaning i tense myself the whole night in bed. If i manage to get to sleep ill wake up and feel as if ive been to the gym for a week. Sore all over.
wish i could make this stuff myself in a big pot, as i could do with relaxing a bit
legs, arms and it almost feels like on my face too sometimes :(
sleep can go do one!
turned my head and to check my clock and yawned simultaneously.
pulled a muscle in my neck or something. fucking painful.
