Herbie Rides Again. Alonzo Hawk is fucking TERRIFYING. A tpoints in the film I was distinctly unsure as to whether Herbie would actually ride again.
I dont really know what a psychological thriller is but if arlington road counts then than
I only realised it was dubbed when the neighbour came to complain about the noise and his friend says something like, "who is this arsehole?!"
It is how I have really come to love some many films, I would say that is how films are meant to be watched. It was the perfect sort of film for this adventure.

and also check out Le Corbeau and The Wages of Fear, all by Clouzot who I favour over Hitchcock
Cries and Whispers is maybe my favourite Bergman film so far, and fits the criteria
also Eyes Without A Face or repulsion if you don't mind diving into the older films. Can't dislike Black Swan or Donnie Darko enough though
