only people who do things that are useful to the population in a manner that is sustainable should be paid money or in exchange tokens (e.g. 1 hours hard work - 2 hours light work) , everyone else will have more time to be more self sufficient. #
Of course this is the desired result people it is not an overnight roadmap

we need a package of measures that offers a new paradigm, leaving no stone unturned rather than addressing just the tip of the iceberg.
We need a can do culture of bottom-up benchmarking, best practice and blue sky thinking. Capacity building and citizen empowerment will help form cohesive communities.
Thinking outside of the box by way of holistic governance that offers rationalisation of resource allocation via meaningful dialogue is paramount.
Going forward, upstream transparency and stakeholder wellbeing will allow cross-fertilisation and good practice. Improvement levers can incentivise income streams.
A pretty robust framework, I think you'll agree.
