One of them is that if you have data about someone, that person has a right to know if you further process it.
And some other stuff. But that - as I understand it - is a rough overview.
I might be wrong, though.
Because the privacy policies have all been consolidated into one, it's harder to opt out of allowing Google access to data you've provided to one of its services but not another.
