it wasn't her choice to make.
and is now taking decisions on her behalf that clearly aren't in her best interests. I can't believe anyone could think she's a fit parent.
especially since plan b is CONTRACEPTION it's not abortative it;s preventative. what a selfish, self righteous idiot. her kid has gone through enough trauma and now she may become pregnant against her will which will cause the poor girl more trauma and lots of pain!
it's flagrantly a separate person. cheers
i think i know what you're trying to say but at the end of the day parent and child are seperate people.
you can't blame the child for the sins of the father.
are you quite into eugenics?
it's flagrantly irrelevant to the point of why this story is A Bad Thing
She does say she would have killed her daughter's rapist if he was there at the time. Now I'm not sure where she sits on the capital punishment fence, but in her interview she states:
“One of the biggest truths of our life is that there’s no situation that’s so evil or so grave that God’s grace can’t redeem it,” she continued. “I don’t know how it’s going to be redeemed yet, but we do believe that it will be.”
Of course she could well feel it would have been wrong of her to kill the rapist and she would not want him to suffer the death penalty. Just thought they were an interesting couple of statements.
so much time and energy devoted to clusters of cells incapable of conscious thought, while people suffer and die every day because they didn't have decent health insurance.
And only if it fails as a contraception in the first place.
In my (limited) experience pro-lifers often do not have any issues with the death penalty or even war, which is something I don't quite follow. I suppose they would argue the difference between innocent "lives" and guilty lives, although one would assume that they are quite keen on "God is my judge" sentiments at the same time.
