As a result I always put £20 to £30 in the car and then end up having to go to the petrol station more often. I suppose I always have some forlorn hope that they might make petrol loads cheaper all of a sudden so there's no point in filling up on the £1.32 a litre stuff.
But I'm not daft enough to think it actually makes that much difference.
I'm a bit anal about petrol efficiency though, I remove everything I don't need from the car etc. and I always make sure the tyres are are the right pressure (I usually over-inflate them a little bit as well, not enough to make it dangerous).
Have a great day!!!
<sheds a tear>
<updates last time you cried thread>
Barring that one awful thread which seems to have been removed, of course.
I must have missed this...
My partner's wedding ring is costing £800. It's platinum, which partly explains the cost. Even though I 'bought' it, the money came out of the joint wedding pot, so she's effectively paid half in any case.
Mine is currently on order and costs less than a third of hers and I probably won't actually wear it, except on the wedding day of course - where to refuse in front of 60 guests would seem churlish.
Last service- flights to porto
