Chillies, garlic, onion, coriander, slightly crushed peanuts, paprika, and whatever else I feel like at the time.
My beefburgers are great too.
don't have a burger.
no Ranieri action. Straight Burger
Bosh together some beef mince with salt and pepper. Garlic and/or onion is vaguely acceptable. Egg if you're a complete wuss who needs a 'binding agent'.
Same as above except with lamb mince.
no alarms/surprises. STRAIGHT BURGER

most gourmet burgers are simplistic, with a few key ingredients. and Moutarde aint one of them.

Spicy lamb burger!
Lamb mince and chilli powder. Mash it together with hands. Shape into patties and sprinkle with flour before grilling.
Serve between two mini naan breads with mango chutney instead of ketchup, and with fries sprinkled with paprika.
I also once made my own version of Wendy's Baconator. I used back bacon. It was greasy, but way more impressive than the original.
sprinkle of fennel seeds (not too many), some finely chopped coriander and shallots, mixed pepper, and a finely copped pickled green chilli. Separate each burgersworth of mince in two, cut a big chunk of feta cheese (around 2"x2"x0.5") and form both halves of the meat around it, using a bit of olive oil to seal the two edges. Fry them bad boys.
ingredients plus labour = more than cost of having a mooch to Asdas.
