Puddings.
What thinks ye?
I love a good pudding. I'll often have a pudding when out for a meal, but rarely indulge when eating at home. Generally speaking my favourite puddings are high quality versions of classics - luxury bread and butter pudding, sticky toffee pudding etc. In fact, enjoying a decent sticky toffee pudding is one of the finest experiences one can have a the dinner table imo. I used to make a killer rice pudding, using ridiculous amounts of sugar and double cream, but haven't done for ages.
Tell me about your puddings, ones you like to eat, ones you like to make, and ones which evoke other emotions.
