How good is your diet? like calorie wise etc
so I joined this My Fitness Pal and i've been counting my calories.
I've only had bran flakes, salad with chicken and a TINY bit of dressing and some croutons and a skinny latte and it reckons i've only got like 650 calories left for the day.
Are any of you trying to lose weight/christmas weight? what are you doing for it?
