is use a small amount of strong, tasty (but probably unhealthy) meat. Salami is good. Pad it out with loads of salad, superlight mayo / guacamole / hummus / whatever, and you are good to go. I used to always take 2 sandwiches to work, one cheese, one meat of some sort. White bread, loads of butter, loads of filling. I cut this down to one decent sandwich as above and I lost a stone in a year.
