who has been? if so what is it like? if not, go and let me know what it is like?
My mate had ribs with no bones. I had chilli, which was effing spicy and amazing, and came with cream crackers. Also amazing chips. The lager I had was a bit shit though, and the toilets downstairs have graffiti which I think has been done as some kind of decoration, but looks like just scummy graffiti. The waitress was middle aged and sexy. 7.5/10.
or a good thing or not.
It was the closest thing to a Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in this country - it was awesome. My missus had a pulled pork sandwich, which was great too. Sandwiches there are fab.
We went back another time for the full-on BBQ, but we were disappointed. She had the ribs, which were dry and a bit blah, and my pulled pork was oddly worse than hers before. And the stuff came not with fries, but on toast ('Texas toast'). Ribs on toast? What?
Maybe they're finding their feet a bit - the place has potential, so hopefully they sort it out. London needs a decent BBQ restaurant (apart from Bodean's on Poland St).
Still better than the Breakfast Club, tbh.
I've been and had great food and also been and it's been lame. Their BBQ thingy is sometimes on the blink. Good sauces though.
Got the 'Punisher' burger, it was extremely tasty, and had a Camden IPA which was enjoyable.
Can't tell you how it compares to other similar places in London, but the burgers are very reasonable priced for thwat you get, I think.
Just tell me where you're drinking
i'll be in london from 1ish, and there til 10 (unless someone wants to put me up (this is not a chat up line (yes it is)))
go to this place, it should be open by the 21st: http://pittcue.co.uk/
I'm still up for our burger date with Zapsta btw.

Lemon twist? Hmm not convinced.
