What are you buying for your festive cheeseboard. or, if you're a guest, what are you hoping your host has stocked up on?
I went to Androuet the other night and had a killer roquefort- it actually fizzed on the tongue without being too spicy. I had two other things that I can't remember too and some caramelisied whole balsamic onions.
Another question- somebody just told me they eat Chistmas cake WITH cheese. How quaint. I will be trying this! (Apparently Wensleydale is the best way to go. God how I love wensleydale, crumbly litte slut that she is.) if anybody has any tips about this food pairing, please share.
