I don't have long as I'm going to my work night out, but here's a quick preview of the weekend!
Jacksonville visit Atlanta, are humiliated. (By +7)
Yes you heard right, SATURDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL, get used to it, next weekend all matches are on Saturday, Christmas Eve:
Dallas travel to Tampa, I would have thought Dallas begin righting some wrongs by a)Romo still hasn't won in December and b)Dallas have beaten themselves more than any other team in the NFL. Tampa are pretty terrible though, so Dallas by 7.
SUNDAY @ 6:
Miami beat free-falling Buffalo by 4-5
Seattle surprise Chicago by 4 (Feeling festive)
Carolina beaten by Houston by 5
Tennessee beat-down on Indy, by 7
Green Bay to wallop Kansas City without Greg Jennings, by +7
New Orleans travel to another dome, beat toothless Minnie by 7
New York Giants beat Washington who yet again do their utmost to upset things though, G-Men by 3
Cincy beat awful St. Louis by 7
SUNDAY, @ 9:
Detroit and Oakland, the two most penalised teams in the league have a slobberknocker, Lions should get away with it though, by 4-5
Cleveland lose in the desert to the resurgent Arizona Cards, by 4-5
New England converts to Tebowmania
Philly try and do their best to upset the Jets, will be a tight one, Jets by 3.
SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL:
A cracker for me, my two faves square off (still rooting for Baltimore though, obvs) Baltimore travel to SoCal to take on San Diego who have re-emerged from the dead in the last couple weeks and will need this one desperately. Baltimore are not amazing travellers as they've proved, but they have also beaten the teams who have proved the biggest play-off threat, and should they continue defending as they have should come away with a win and possibly a Number #1 seed. Baltimore by 4-5
MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL:
Another potential cracker, Pittsburgh take on already qualified but not yet Divisional Round and just came off a slightly embarassing loss to Arizona. Pittsburgh need to keep the pace with a highly congested AFC playoff picture, and Candlestick has proved a bit of a fortress this season. Whoever wins it will be extremely hard-fought, classic in the making (heart says Niners by 3)
Sorry its brief, need to go out, please feel free to add more!
