Nice try, but unfortunately the 'fast growing economies of brazil india and china' are
a) not growing as fast now, in fact china will shortly halt actual growth (although this will be obfuscated by the changing nature of its economy) Brazil will have resource and will thus be inclined to pay for tech from someone who will buy their resource (like china, who is already stealing a march on everyone else in brazil)
It will be interesting to see how exactly the UK envisiges it will be able to develop trade with these countries, and why these countries would chose the UK.
it would be more interesting if I were posing the questions to the gov spokespeople and trade development people though
