Options to follow, and this could equally apply to any other online discussion forum, but does anyone have any qualms being open about their use of online discussion sites?
I think there may have been a slight stigma about it in the past, but I'm not sure that's so much the case now that people are born with the internet, and infants have facebook pages.
So, happy to admit you spend large chunks of your day talking/arguing with people you don't actually know* about complete bollocks, or do you keep it schtum.
* Obviously not always true, especially on here - though I'm not sure whether various people have met in real life as a result of this site or the other way around (existing friends in real life recommending the web site to others), especially given how little interest some people seem to have in music (for a music-based site). Sub-thread: do people discover these boards (social in particular) through an initial interest in music (and thus DiS) more generally, or some more arbitrary path?
