Anyone ever got a refund from Groupon? Apparently there have been some damning articles in the Guardian recently.
I booked and paid for a boiler service but the cunt didn't show and won't answer his phone or messages. I have emailed Groupon with the details (I didn't give the boiler fucker my voucher references when making the booking) and have grassed him up and asked for a refund.
It's going to be swift and unproblamatic, right? I'm not going to get carbon monoxide poisoning, right?
