seemed to go on for ever last night, and I've forgotten most of the dishes.
The Monica bit was monkfish, which seemed a lot easier than marrowbone.
Then it was Michel's increasingly non classical classic dish - missed the bit where they explain why the pralines were bright red. (?) The guy with the ridiculous facial hair put sugar all over his plate which turned into cement (or concrete, or aggregate).
THEN it was cook what you want, indian guy did another one of Michel Roux's recipes (bad idea). Can't remember what anyone else did but nothing special apart from Carpe Diem slicing his finger off. HE'S OUT.
