I can't get up before 1pm now. I had to get up for a seminar at 10 today so set my alarm for the right time. Can't remember what it was i thought, but i managed to convince myself once i'd turned my alarm off in the morning that i had a really good reason for not going to the seminar and staying in bed instead. Anyway yeah it convinced me. I think I was delusional.
Got out of bed at 3.
So yeah, any tips?
