I have £14.75 in change on the shelf next to my head though
i need to keep change for bus fare (£1.30 each, NO CHANGE, STRICTLY NO CHANGE), so I usually have no coins in my wallet.

which is a nuisance when the bank has just canned my card for suspected fraudulent activity (by other people). Sigh.

I know someone who doesn't have a wallet or bankcard and they instead keep their money in their backpack.....
Plus a pocket full of coins, including a very interesting pound coin all the way from St Helena - won't be spending that unless it is an emergency.
