Not as easy as you'd think to pick a winner.
Think I'd still plump for WW, but Keanu is much better than Mike Myers.
you'd be shocked if i said anything different.
Possibly because of George Carlin and because I fancy Jane Wiedlin in it. But they're both great.
Not even a contest.
*holds can of pepsi* and it's the choice of a new generation
or Dick Van Patten who said: 'If you label me, you negate me'?
except bill and ted over waynes world. perfect film.
If Mike Myers hadn't become quite so unpalatable then Wayne's World would probably clinch it. Just.
Mike Myers started out as endearing but isn't really at all now.
He'd be pralines and dick.
More specifically, Wayne's World 2.
I will leave this thread immediately
was play in midfield with zidane.
This is really near my office.
In 2010, Keanu Reeves dropped hints, and Alex Winter confirmed, that talks are in process with Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon about a potential third film. In April 2011, Keanu Reeves confirmed that a third installment of the movie series was under way.
All classics though.
and somehow still had to do a double take because it initially appeared that you were ranking world wars with Bill and Ted films.
WILLIAM - BOGAS!
TEDWARD - MOST EXCEL!
RUFFRUFFS - GET IN FONE BOX NOW YOU BASTARDS
TEDWARD - WILDE STALONES RULE
WILLIAM - SHUT UP TEDWARD I FANCY YOUR STEPMOM MISTY
and Wayne's World
WAYYYNE - GRATH DO YOU WANT XTREME CLOSE UP
GRATH - NO
stop it you're scaring me...oh cool you're learning cassandras language.
apparently he was in This Is Spinal Tap, playing a mime waiter.
I did not know that! Russell, did you know that?
which makes The Love Guru look like Wayne's World
Dana Carvey stated in interviews to promote this film during its theatrical run, that he developed severe pain in his jaw due to Garth's overbite, and that he spent his nights after filming had wrapped for the day with bags of ice held to the sides of his face.

LIVE IN THE NOW!
The first season of the the animated show had Carlin, Reeves and Winter doing the voice over too and was actually pretty good in a "real ghostbusters was good" kind of way.
Oh, and WW vs B&T ? I'm not playing, I love both of them.
and have all the comics (also good), but had no idea about the live action series. I think it is the same actors as the cartoon once reeves and winter left
but it's hard to imagine it could beat Bill & Ted
and get back in.
will watch next week.
My flatmate's never seen Bill & Ted either, so I can rewatch that to make a fair judgement
> Wayne's World.
Bill & Ted is the Indie Wayne's World. It was 1st, had better characters, not a sheened. Neither are total classics but yeah, Bill & Ted..
and none of the other one
both a bit crap though maybe?
tried to watch wayne's world for the first time recently but i'd heard so many lines quoted so often that it had no impact
It makes people crap
Wayne's World was great when I was about 15 but I recently rewatched and it's aged terribly
Totally the other way around, Wayne's world is just wacky nonesense that's fun as a kid but doesn't hold up, playground stuff.
Bill and teds excellent adventure is timeless. it is so much better than it should be, some genuinely good performances and set pieces. Highlights being the depiction of napoleon and his sub plot. Freud being a weirdo and billy the kid and Socrates not liking him, the socrates joke. Most of all the film has real heart, two friends that don't want to be separated and a utopian belief in music, the 'be excellent to each other' message. George carlin too, everything about it is quality.
Not sure if that is a joke but it's true
Just noticed you weren't defending Wayne's World, my mistake
