Ok virgins, I learned something brilliant this week which Ima share with you now:
1) Open your mouth as wide as possible and hold it for 30secs
2) Close your mouth, then jut your jaw forward as far as possible and hold it for 30secs
3) Open your mouth as wide as possible, then jut your jaw forward and hold it for 30 secs (this might hurt like a bitch if you carry a lot of tension in your jaw)
YOU NOW HAVE THE MOST RELAXED FACE EVER. Doesn't that feel brilliant?
