and a slice of lemon sponge. There’s a bakesale for Macmillan Cancer Support in our office today – I was sorely tempted to buy about a tenner’s worth of cake.

If I can get to the gym for kettlebells then I will eat a moutain of lard also (I have half a brie in the fridge and some stilton). If I can't get to the gym I will be eating double salmon (poached in chilli, and smoked), sweetcure mackerel and baby spniach and a dressing I made of sesame oil, balsamic, ginger and garlic. And probably will eat the cheese about 4pm regardless of gym situation.
i'm going to buy something disgustingly unhealthy for lunch.
i'll just go to the microwave isle in tescos and pick up the most disgusting thing i can find. and then eat it.
microwaving it first.
Stodgy and tasty but not astonishingly bad for you.
so hungry. must. resist.

I had half of it yesterday and it was 4/10. BBQ in 4 HOURS.
