Let's start some kind of internet witchhunt to put these precious cunts out of business. Or not. I don't care. It's quite funny though.
Chris is a retail superstar, who possess unparalled ability, and I'm sorry that you feel upset by him, but he knew you were not going to buy anything before you even left your house
Also it might be real; it is an Australian store, and as you know, they are not bound by our laws of decency.
It's like when Abercrombie and FItch offered to pay some American reality show guy money not to wear their clothes. And I could see Dov Charney writing something like that if and American Apparel complaint got to his level.
All is forgiven Garry Cook. #ravaged
They're staging this. There's no way that they wouldn't issue an apology at this stage. In a week or so they're going to be all 'LOL WE WAS JOKINGS N SHE WORKS 4 A MARKETING CMPANY THAT WE USE'. Everyone else in the world however will be all 'I don't get it'.
however there are people in this world that genuinely think that those characteristics of the shitty company would be a good thing. and fuck em.
Can someone copy and paste?
Custoemr services: 'You're a fat bint who looks like a hippo'
This kind of customer service and response I can get behind. Fuck 'customer service', seriously.
How far up his own arse is this guys head? I'm sure he can lick his own intestines.
How does he expect his business to grow or does he not want it to? I suppose not, he's the elite and no one should be within a mile of the store unless they are A list celebrities, like Kim Kardashian *snigger
it'sno secret that 'high-end'* brands will go to great lengths to avois lottery winners, reality TV 'stars' and other 'great-unwashed' types from diluting the 'luxury' element of their brand.
To convey this message, however, in such a badly crafted manner is just embarrassing for the brand. Also, "worn by A list celebrities to the likes of Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez and Katy Perry to name only a few" is basically saying that KK, gomez and Perry are not in teh same category as A-listers. I bet they're going to be delighted to be singled out as B-listers. (Assuming of course that the author ham-fistedly intended those three to be caught by the 'A' list description, I also *sardonic eyebrow lift* at the suggestion that they would be ambassadors of the 'fashion-forward movement. Christ on a bike.)
I HATE stores like this. I like clothes and I like fashion, within reason, but this is a tacky outfit who try to peddle their primark-quality tat to eejits who are too stupid to know any better.
which I have done in my past para, but had forgotten the *
Better than a reply saying 'your custom is so,so important to us, blah blah voucher, blah blah we aim for complete customer satisfaction blah'
I'm starting to admire the utter disregard bus drivers have for customer service. Most shops or whatever wouldn't have a massive go at you for not knowing exactly what to ask for, or for not having exact change. But bus drivers don't give a damn about your custom or feelings. Refreshing.
They have their own specialist fatty stores. Keep them there, rather than clogging up my skinny person shops.
Even most couture labels (which are almost universally cut for angular beanpoles) will go up to a 14, sometimes 16 (using UK sizing, anyway).
