typically i'd refridge the leftover curry after cooking. BUT NOT THIS TIME.
I normally chuck a bit of water on and boil the hell out of it in the pan.
as it's often the byproducts of bacterial activity rather than the little shites themselves that hurt you.
I've reheated stuff so often, including seafood and minky Chinese takeaways and have never had an issue. Maybe I've just been lucky...
surely it's colder outside the fridge?
If not it'll be fine.
I leave stuff out overnight all the time and it is okay.
cannot emphasis enough that reheating rice taht has been left out at room temp is VB
