you lot talk about it instead, I promise not to go off on one
Couldn't you of just started your going off on one today and had the previous 4 months off sitting in the park feeding the ducks?.
Years, you mean
either send us in to a economic death-spiral or grow up
Every thing that's happened in the markets has been caused by short sightedness on the part of analysts and fund managers.
Nothing has changed in the last 2 years as far as I can see, neither in terms of trading attitudes nor regulatory improvements.
And from dealing with fund managers on a daily basis I can confirm that they don't know what the fuck they're doing for the vast majority of the time.
Financial Analysts are usually failed fund managers, which is doubly worrying considering the level of incompetence displayed by the overpaid cunts I have to babysit and tidy up messes for.
eurozone gonna spiral like a mutherfukka
My guess in Tuesday, if at all.
they are not eliminating the problem, they are just smearing it elsewhere to another time and place.....thats some expensive problem redistribution.........there are actually more needful problems that could be addressed with the resource.....
and this action does not PREVENT them from breaking the law...they are perfectly free to break the law elsewhere, there is no element of PREVENTING the people from breaking the law, just this instance.....wouldnt the council lose equal face if the people evicted just immediately set up somewhere else illegally ....in distributed sites, thus requiring more effort and resource from the authorities?
your post title 'the council/government should be able to be blackmailed' could substituted for many others......eg
"so OAPs that are in the councils care will have a more miserable end of life, probably forshortened by the huge reduction in funds available for this provision due to the need for governments/councils NOT to be blackmailed over planning permission"
or any other aspect of council funding that will suffer as a result.....
there is no need for you to put a post header like that as I have already previously indicated that there are better things to spend the money on, you know we do not live in an ideal world, where everything is affordable, so its about choices......and those choices about what to do with the money have not been discussed......the people have not had the suggestion put to them, what it will mean in way of reduced services as a result of this action.
Therefore the MUST PICK AND CHOSE which of their obligations that they use their resource on.
and continue to allow the travellers to stay here?
Why did they not chose to evict BEFORE the banking collapse started?
process inefficiency? (by the way...an announced custom s and excise swoop could be done much quicker)
Announce that the camp would be visited by tax and excise who would ask to see accounts and check on vehicle purchases/ownerships and all large reciepts, to prove all tax had been paid......Mrs knees reckons that the camp would lose about half of the members (which is what they are trying to evict)
Not sure how many myself, but there seems to be some sense to her suggestion
do not pay tax.
It is easier to do in a non settled non fully regulated living arrangement, therefore the percentage is likel;y to be higher, it is not the ethnicity of the people, but the opportunity, If settled housing checks and regulations were as lax then I am sure that the percentage would even up
'tarmacing' of drives (although some council subcontracters seem to sting with a similarly thin layer of tarmac) it is irregular and often does not involve paperwork as it is on the fly, and everyone knows that cash in had work doesnt always go through the books...........................perhaps rather than steal the vehicles, perhaps I was thinking that the money used to buy the vehicles might have been through undeclared income.
He was rubbish when he played for Forest but I'll let that go.
I must confess, I'm on the edge of my seat nervously waiting to see how explosive the reaction is and what chaos ensues.
either a) serious economic ARMAGEDDON or b) serious bailouts (again, and won't necessarily sort out the real problems)
i don't know if it's cos i've paid so much attention to you, creaky but i do rather believe that things are currently just waiting to go ENORMOUSLY TITS UP.
peoples basic needs, rather than leaving it up to 'the markets'
the government doesnt really do anything to warrent taxation, given how many essential basic needs provisions are now 'on the market'
tounge now is it?
you would soon see the difference ;D
I was trying to be provocative but it looks like you're about to 'go off' now anyway.
because amnuck was making me itch, but I thought of Amanda Knox instead, so now there is no danger
I can see the current Government spinning this to support their economic policy and castigate other Eurozone members for failing to embrace cuts and austerity
is he implying (by ommission) that the UK trade recovery has worked?
like I said
eventually it'll be:
A COUNTRY: we are defaulting on our debt
THE MARKETS: oh that sounds bad, better do stuff to protect our money against the bad...oh the stuff we did made it worse, I did not expect that, sorry there is nothing left
EVERYONE ELSE: well you did your best I guess
A system that has a positive feedback loop of destruction built in to it doesn't seem smart.
I reckon all stock traders and stuff should have to live in media blackouts (or a 24-hour media delay) and they can only make like 3 trades a day or something. Or their trades take a week to go through or something. Cut off their internet.
traders felt......cocksure and confident (based on nowt) as is their typical portrayal....or are they now scared and timorous because they are in new territory and because they don't actually know what they are doing? (Ok they know what they do day to day, but they don't understand the macro picture....obviously, as is evidenced by their behaviours and analysis)
I believe it's been cleverly-named to stop anyone from guessing its real purpose.
(I don't know anything about it)
