and if so, what was that like? How'd that work out for ya?
...I borrowed my mate's one for a month a couple of years back when I had a tricky commute. Riding position and handling takes a little bit of getting used to but is surprisingly comfy. They are nowhere near as robust as a full-size bike for dealing with kerbs or potholes, but on your average road you can get up a decent speed. Only ever really rode on the flat so don't know if the three gears are any good for dealing with hills. Folding takes a bit of practice but once you get it done it's quite funn to try and break your previous PB.
