Kirsty asked asked him whether any of the hate filled criticism he gets from more high brow channels is upsetting. She used a line from Stuart Lee, something about shovelling diarhea (sp, bite me Theo) into the mouths of idiots.
He basically said yes it was upsetting, and that all he tries to do is make people laugh - why do people take such offence at that?
I felt pretty sorry for him.
but I seem to find his tone of voice pretty irritating so found something else to listen to.
