if you had to share, name your no 1 curry that you'd bring to the table, no conferring.
mine - Lamb Karahi.
I'd bring nothing and just have tap water.
share the jug of tap water?
If anyone else wants tap water they can order their own.
But the Tikka Masala with extra spice from Holy Cow is one of the greatest things I've ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth.
It's just a couple of words thrown around by someone who ISN'T TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY ENOUGH
We could learn so much
Tandoori chicken pieces in minced lamb, slices of boiled egg on top. The finest dish ever created.
because people normally just say "I don't like spinach" when it's actually flipping amazing. If they don't like it then more for me

I do also love a Ceylonese or Goan fish curry though. Or huge prawns in a south indian garlic chilli get-up.

and I'd break a poppadom into shards to stab anyone who dared to take some

Or something weird from the Chef's Specials section if I wanted to live on the edge. I'd probably confer with my dining companions first though if we were sharing - make sure we got a good range of meats and sauces.

I've never tried one I liked, maybe I'm just eating in the wrong places.
But it's still not a patch on the ones I had in the Maldives - mind blowingly delicious. I dream about them sometimes...
terrible thing to do to a fish, and a terrible waste of a perfectly good curry sauce.
