I'm thinking of starting it. I mean, I work in a gym and haven't even taken advantage of half of the classes on offer and this one looks like I could benefit from it.
I'm suffering from acute lower back pain on the right hand sign at the moment when I run. I think I injured it either whilst doing heavy squats (90kg) in easter or just in rugby, but I'm guessing the squats. Hopefully pilates can help re-strengthen the muscles right? Stabilise the core?
How do you find pilates if oyu do it already? How quickly do you start to feel the benefits and how many sessions do you do a week?
