is it gonna be as shit as I'm presuming it's going to be?
People might think you're a bit special though.
you get another year at uni which can only be a good thing.
especially for group projects.
And I'm gonna have to go to all the lectures again (some of which my ex will now be in).
But I spose I can pick different option units this time and I get a whole extra year to use the studios.
Most people who resit a year pass it easily and then do quite well - having to resit seems to give them a good kick up the arse (not that I'm suggesting you need it!). You'll be fine, good luck!
Not just repeating a year, but looking at it as a whole extra year of studio time (Music Tech was my game).
Didn't make much of it though, but maybe you'll have better luck.
I'm also a little on the awkward side socially, but I've no problem keeping myself to myself and quietly hating everyone.
you'll get over it.
It was dreadful I was a foot taller than everyone else.
In reality though it was fucking brilliant I much preferred the people in the year below and it was easily the best year I had.
Make the most of it anyway, an extra year in higher education is an extra year away from the relentless horror that is adult life.
and I'm just there like ''sup I'm some bellend who failed his second year be my friend''
but it doesn't last long, plus if it's your second year all your mates will still be hanging around so you can just go talk to them.
It'll be pretty shit for about a month or so but then it'll be fine.
but it was nice having a few people on my course I knew and could do lunch breaks and group projects with. Even if most of my course were utter kevins, I'll probably be ok, I'm just over-thinking everything and being a bit of a knob.
Don't know how it was for him.
I stay out of his way. He's mental.
pretty happy about it as all of my year are cunts (and their mothers are ballpoint pen thieves), and I'll be rejoining friends that have already repeated one.
well actually it would be taking a year out to get some missed credits so i'd just have to sit an exam and wouldn't have to pay additional fees etc. it's very unlikely but i won't be at all unhappy if I have to do it. I'm severely lacking in work experience right now and it might be a good opportunity to do internships and maybe make some moneyy.
My brother did this. He was just upset he didn't get to go on the compulsory trip to Spain again. That's all I know.
