And what gap is there before you go to bed?
I don't eat till really late, like never before 9pm and sometimes after 10pm. The thing is, I eat lunch at about 1pm and by the time I get home from work (about 7pm) I'm starving so I grab a snack (crisps, chocolate, whatever junk there is), and then I'm inevitably not hungry until later (or not hungry at all, I just cook and eat because I think I should). And then I'm generally in bed by midnight or 12.30am, so this can't be good for me.
What do you do?
