1. Carbonara. It's probably my favourite pasta dish when I'm out at a restaurant, but I never get it quite right at home. I used two egg yolks and no cream last night, but it didn't seem rich enough. How do you make yours?
2. Burgers. I've decided, for the first time, to make burgers tonight. I've got a load of mince, some eggs, and I'm going at lunch to buy an onion. Do I need breadcrumbs? Do you cook the onion before making the patties? Does it need mustard/herbs? Again, any suggestions much appreciated.
