How do I snap out of it? It's not even one of those bad moods you can enjoy being in.

Maybe a wank in the bogs would be equally as good.
Then a smoke.
If it's not so much anger as a deep brooding low, then that's trickier. Can you do some exercise at lunchtime? If not, go the entire other way and have a disgustingly lardy lunch and a pint. Either of those diverse tactics always perks me up.

Feels good man, nothing like some relaxing virtual genocide. If video games are not an option... Pizza Express always fixes me right up.
Then do it again.
Keep doing it until all of the mushrooms are gone.
Either way, have a wank, you'll probably feel less tense afterwards.
Other things you could do;
Punch a nun in the chuff
Kick a small animal (but not to death, that'd be bad)
Get really drunk, neutering the rage and become maudlin
Take some drugs (uppers or downers, but not hallucinogens)
Call in a bomb threat to a local shopping centre
Get a grip
