BBQd > Fried (not Kentucky) > Roast > Rotisserie > Kentucky Fried > Souped > Boiled?
Can be a nice way to do it, depending on what you're serving it with.
BBQd is king though. Big ole thighs, crispy, blackened skin... hmm.
it's less racist and more just cannibalistic.
But once in China this guy killed a chicken for us, chopped it up and put EVERYTHING in a big pot, boiled it and served it to us. The frilly head thing still gives me nightmares.
Ethnic chicken is probably between roast and rotisserie.
Warm, tender, and with a bit of an edge.

You can't put << in there! THIS WAY MADNESS LIES!

Not a fan of breast, would settle for thigh though.

If they don't want us to eat them, then why the hell are they so tasty?
But usually only when I can't get real meat.
6' 4", black, hench, wearing a shirt from Next with two buttons undone, prefers loafers to brogues, homeowner, drives a saloon car, GSOH, social drinker, doesn't smoke, kind to his mother, centre-left politics, agnostic, absolutely gigantic wang
tell me, are you that somebody?
I'm not black, probably not hench, don't think I own anything from Next... Oh sod it, you know where this is going. I'm going to imply I've got a gigantic wang. Happy?
if i make a pie i've been put onto this brilliant recipe where you boilt a whole chicken and add leeks bacon mustard and various other great stuff and it's amazing,
when i have a bbq i marinade up various types for kebabs (normally thigh meat), including tikka, chinese, honey BBQ, chilli and spice, lemon/herbs garlic, basically i get all loads of spices and shit and mix up whatever i'm in the mood for, sometimes i get rave reviews, sometimes i wish i'd not been drunk when i started.
sometimes i roast a mean chicken with basic seaconing
sometimes i slice a breast and add roule and wrap in pig meat
sometimes i go to pierres baguette shop in Reading and get their Minted Chicken baguette on qholemeal bread.
