does anyone have an opinion on these?
i used one called syntha6 a while ago when i was climbing regularly and that seemed to work well.
i want to see if i can find a way of cutting out a full meal, both due to convenience and also to try to aid weight-loss.
now, i dont get to climb as often and only really play football every other week. my job is fairly active but i also spend an equal amount of time sitting down.
