Specically- summe puddings. I do love a good summer pudding. The eponymous 'summer pudding' is perhaps a perfect example. Who would have thought that bread soaked in the juices of summer fruits and packed with sugar would quiver and ooze so perfectly. (serve with clotted cream).
I also like a good pavlova. Raspebrry is the classic topping, but I'd encourage you to try kiwi, pomegranate and light whipped cream. Top tip- do not open your oven door, even for a sneaky peak, until the meringue has cooled right down. Walk awaym, go out for the daym, do not give into temtpatoin or else it will collapse and you'll have to make eton mess, which is a quite simply an abominable waste of good ingredients.
PUDDINGS. Now you.
