Best way to transport a goldfish?

wrightylew [Edit] [Delete] 24 replies 11:46, 28 June '11

I'm moving house.

I've heard 'glass jar with a sealable lid' is an option, as is sealed plastic bag, but I dunno.

???

  • Down the toilet. Flush.

It will swim to it's new home and you can fish it out from there.

Smarter than most people give them credit for.

    • that's why we own it.

some bonkers moron-girl off our course got bored of keeping them so tried flushing a pair. one of them wouldn't die, kept swimming back up the toilet.

when they heard his plight my housemates rescued him.

i'm gonna take him to my brother's little garden fishpond and set him free. he's been living in solitary confinement at ours with his plantless bowl. it'll be like *spoiler* the shawshank redemption. (for tim allen, not the old man who hangs himself).

      • also

tim ROBBINS heroically crawls through a load of sewage to escape just like your little fella.

Stupid moron-girl. You should offer to do her taxes, expose her corruption and thus cause her to shoot herself in the head.

    • whatever you fucking do don't fish it out of its bowl and put it in water that you just poured from the tap

the sudden change of temp could shock it to death quite easily
