A plate of crackling for my dinner! That's what i want!
I can't wait for lunch. I hope people at work see me eating it, and get horrendously jealous!
How was it?
Was it still moist?
Crackling still crunchy and meat still moist. With leftover baked cannelini beans with rosemary. Was lovely.
But not as bad as a mushy pork scratching.
spotting some hairs, and working out what it actually was, and then taking the gradual road to full veggiedom, which kicked in ~ten years later.

I don't mind the hair.

In fact more meat should come with hair/fur/feathers attached i say.
