Test Match Special: Depression in cricket
My computer downloaded this and whacked it on my iPod over the weekend. Listened to it all today and it's absolutely fascinating.
3 days left to hear it:

Very interesting to hear Trescothick's views on Boycott's criticism of Yardy, how he has been affected and how to deal with depression in general. There are also very interesting views from other walks of life such as the young goalie who killed himself, the Kiwi rugby player, Hoggard's crisis on tour and lots of interesting members of the public with advice.
I can imagine that a lot of people on here suffer with the illness and there are a lot worse things you could do than spend 90 minutes listening to this. Even if you're just interested in sport, it's very good.
Also, it's a further reason to adore Michael Vaughan.
