Looks like @davidschneider hasn't tweeted for a few days now, he must have his hands full
I also said: Is the whole article just an in-joke for people that know the rumours?
Thing is, at least one of those rumoured super injunctions was actually bollocks. I don't really get why anyone takes the word of a single utterly anonymous source for granted.
That said, I endorse this Schneider thread section :D
surely the fact that none of the others were reported means they're not bollocks?
this saga literally could not be less interesting
this is getting so stupid....in the guardian article it says 'the paper which we cannot name for legal reasons' .....seriously the guardian should grow a pair....the cat is obviously out of the bag now, why are they now all dragging the british legal system through this stupidity making it look all shitty and like it is so concerned about keeping thje truth from the public.....look i love ryan giggs, he is my favourate footballer ever.......but this issue is now no longer about these celebreties, it is about the concept of truth, censorship and the media, anyone who tries to gag or interupt a public discussion about these matters looks like THEY are bad....the guardian should mtf up and just print the name of the scottish newspaper, cos otherwise they look like twats when it is readily available that it is the herald that published it.....ffs
the Scottish Herald is stating that the photo is of the player subject to the allegations on twitter, and they are not accusing him of any misdeed.
The Guardian article claims "Scottish newspaper identifies injunction footballer".
Seems the Guardian has gone further?
Gary Taylor-Flether must be gutted.
Relegated with Blackpool, then outed by a Scottish newspaper.
Chin up Gary.
WHAT A BASTARD etc etc.
You'd still be in contempt of court
in the context of him being named in parliament.
But the BBC were saying they still couldn't name him only to say somebody had been named. Presumably it depends on what the lawyers say.
Either way this MP (John Hemming, LD) is likely to get a new one ripped.
Sky News used his name several times in the immediate reportage before bringing on their legal correspondent, who advised that he couldn't be named outright.
this story is making me want to kill myself
is that you do NOT talk about Ryan Giggs.
