Top Hat Cleaners :'D
Lord_Sugar Lord Sugar
they wont find any silverware in Highbury thats for sure
Natasha is an idiot
Melody: I definitely would
kick her in her annoying face
stay classy daily mail -> http://tinyurl.com/6bttshe
jim is pretty great
tweeting about it as though he's just a casual viewer and not involved with it
I've just got the point of twitter.
quite fancy Susan.
but I havent seen any of the normal ultra deluded like last years mellisa and the brand
its been three episodes though
I don't rate Edna. I'd absolutely hate to be managed by her.
He'll probably come unstuck at some point but so far Jim's far and away the outstanding candidate for me. I like Tom too but that's only if his name is actually Tom, which it might not be. I don't see Sugar going for him though - he's a bit too posh and clever-looking.
I really think she's not particularly clever, nor business savvy and maybe even a bit mad. She likes being in control but doesn't know what to do when she's there. She has no talent for anything. She's painstakingly slow in her decision-making and delivery. She gives shoddy presentations in a uniquely patronising manner to a crowd of people who know more then her about the topic (iPod apps). I genuinely can't see any positive in her at all. And I think she would be a terrible mother.
My favourites: Jim from NI and Melody and maybe the geeky guy, but I'm still not sure on him.
I'm from West Yorkshire but the girl - I think she's called Ellie - who is, I presume, also from WY, has the most annoying accent in the world. Lazy lazy slur of a voice. I generally love the Yorkshire accent.
The time I'm thinking of is the iPod app task and, although they were laddy and immature for the best part, the boys' presenting skills were much better. She lost 2 out of 3 app websites - she only won that one because they were offended by the boys' accents/stereotyping - and fluffed the one to the crowd at the convention.
I stand by everything I said. Above. Would like her to stay though because I only watch this programme because I enjoy not liking people.
(ps I 'this'd' by accident)
Also, I'm taking this too seriously.
He behaved apallingly.
Maybe It was RIGGED. Or maybe Lord Sugar has his reasons for keeping him which I won't try and fathom...
No question Vincent came out of it looking a dickhead and he'll go sooner or later but it was the right decision today.
I didn't think he was as bad as the project manager. He was just utter fucking shite and aimless.
Every week he pronounes it incorrectly.
Every week I go on about it to the annoyance of others.
This madness has to stop.
there's at least three that are more attractive.
Not a great episode. £960 for the tea. Amazing.
with them not really trying at all. Gavin was screwed because his teammates just didn't care. Siralan should have made an example of Vincent or Zoe because they were both awful. It makes quite boring TV too... the best is when all of them are trying really hard and making rediculous mistakes and kicking off!
and that's because he looks like an alien greyhound wearing a man suit.
First few weeks are always a bit slow; got to cut out the dead wood, although, they made a mistake getting rid of Ed in the first episode - he was Brenting all over the place.
was he was so bloody clueless that even by The Apprentice's standards he really had to go out of that lot.
Roll with the punches.
Did you know what a cloche was?
but I bet within 2mins of phonecalls saying "I'm working for a hotel who need me to source some stainless steel cloches" that I would have found out.
My first call would be to John Lewis, Harrods, Debenhams, etc. to find out if they do any/all of the items and what they charge.
How fucking thick do you have to be?
Are they allowed to use the internet for this task?
I can't believe that in however many years of doing this task, not one of them's thought of looking on the internet.
If this was real life people would be using google/searching websites to source items rather than sticking to the yellow pages. It's a huge limitation and it's almost like the producers want them to fuck up and make them look silly...
I'd also guess that they aren't allowed to go to department stores, or maybe chain stores... all the shops seemed like independent businesses
Negotiating prices in Waitrose never works.
it's better business sense to go there and pay till price than to go to an independent tea shop and pay £390 or whatever they paid.
Hence them always desperately trying to get a squid off.
Might not have been able to be more specific as to what.
He's actually got some charm in a loveable, irish, 'Oh this guy's alright really, he just wants a bargain' way. If Vincent was to try and pull off some of the things Jim's done you'd be squirming with embaressment and awkwardness, the posh twat.
you just think he's charming because he keeps telling us he is
when he asked the lightbulb woman for a hug i cringed a lot
In a sick controlled way.
I'd have him arrested as a preventative measure.
when he made the deals with the bulbs and the steak (including getting that extra £10 off at the end) that cinched it for me.
Genuinely haven't seen her yet.
breests on show last night.
