I just made eclairs. And choux buns in the style of eclairs.
Eaten two consecutively. I am King.
god i'm jealous wow. How did you make them? Squirty cream (i don't know what eclairs are made of)?
Also were they varied cos variation is the best thing about eclairs really. Like, having a chocolate one THEN a custard one THEN a cream doughnut type one but not a doughnut cos it's clearly an eclair.
I think you've made that up.
I bet he meant actual custard though.

you make choux pastry, bake them, then fill that shit up with creme pattisiere.
then chocolate on top.
then you gobble the lot, cos they're not gonna gobble themselves.
but i'll happily eat some of your eclairs, given the chance.

and jacket spuds, cut up the chicken into small bite size pieces and covered it with mayo and put inside spuds, placed 2 spuds on bed of salad and topped with a sprinkle of paprika... devoured... OM!

looked gross. also have some dairy free cheese in the fridge that im a bit too scared to eat when sober.
it's been very substandard. I dunno if that's just the girl that cooked them but she seemed to think she was great at baking so dunno.
It was very dry and sort of flavourless. Is this common with vegan cake idk.
its always dry, flavorless and really unsatisfying... it doesn't tend to have a very good texture ever.
like you can make some pretty nice pie with tofu and pumpkin and beetroot and weird stuff. banana is pretty good for the cake dryness thing. definitely possible to make them nice though. but i can't afford that egg substitute stuff so.

i've got loads of spare egg whites from the creme patissiere so i was gonna make macarons, but after that?
preferably something i can dispense out amongst my pals. i just wanna feed them.

It's all about the right amount of sugar added to the boiling water. Top tip: Add some chilli powder to really make their eyes/face melt!.
