i have a ps3 i dont think ive even watched a blu ray afore
thanks 4 that. What does the law say about this? I just ordered 12 and 13 (and 13's going for £36 from Amazon...shame they don't have any of the other series) despite not having anything to play them with. It'll be worth it when I get a blu-ray player which'll no doubt happen once I've got an HD TV...
Anyway, they're out of stock now so I'd imagine a lot of people have just done this.
I'm sure Amazon made some kind of huge mistake with album prices last year and they couldn't do anything about it.
Then I'm pretty sure they cannot legally argue their way out of this. Afterall, it is the seller's duty to list the price of goods, not ours.
HMV are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered before the contract is made (see (b) above) we will contact you as soon as possible by email.
the contract is made when they confirm it, basically by sending the order (the confirmation e-mail you get is just to say they've had you're order, not to confirm they'll supply it). Amazon or someone got massively hit by mis-pricing something an now all these contracts are pretty tightly worded.
even if if they go for about a tenner each that's massive profit, and also the buyer gets a better deal than amazon/high street shop. GUILT FREE
Been saving for a bike, reckon selling them on for a tenner or so each should be enough for one. SORTED.
I'm pretty much the nicest person ever.
Esp as they're now sold out. Payment will just stay pending until someone works out what has gone down. Then the transactions will just be cancelled.
It's an obvious error so they will be legally entitled.
Worth a try, like.
and it would appear they've been going for £1.99 since the 21st. If they're not going to honour this surely they would have corrected their mistake by now.
The only time passed since the 21st is Easter.
