it makes the most gut wrenchign sound..
How do you do this?
it can't be good????
sometimes i get to crack some of the knuckles too.
pretty much the only thing i can do
Everytime I move something clicks. My shoulders are the loudest though. They do a proper "tock".
and it makes a nice 'riiip' sound and feels nice.
And roll my neck.
But this guy did this prolonged crunch by pulling down one side of his head..like he was being hanged or some crazy shit like that
the only thing I do click is my fingers. Sometimes it just clicks when I move. I also have very clicky knees, back, hips, ankles and a clicky jaw when I eat. Quite annoying really.
That does make me cringe a little when they do the neck thing. Especially if its all crunchy :(
i crack mine every 10 minutes.. It couldnt be good for it and it does make a massive crunching noise but it is so so satisfying!
I'm pretty sure cracking whatever part of your body is ok, just releasing air from the joints.
My neck makes a really horrible grinding noise when I look up and rotate it.
I wasn't sure if neck grinding noises only happened to me or not. I feel much better now!
As does the general cracking for that matter. It's ridiculous sometimes though, when I get up from the sofa after a film or something it actually sounds like a distant fireworks display.
it freaks me out as well, don't worry.
I haven't had this in a long time but I used to have a neck that needed cracking a couple of times a day.
I don't know what's changed, but I miss it.
This is a good day.
It's been really bad lately, I have to keep bending it quickly to one side until it cracks. When I walk I can hear little crunching/grinding noises near the nape of my neck :( I have the worst joints.
The only time it's painful is when it's my hip. :(
Neck-clicking is a new addition to my armoury.
but the most impressive. I just have to squeeze my thighs and my hips pop into a new position and crack. Eugh, it makes me feel a bit weird and they hurt a lot sometimes.
It's difficult to explain to my team-mates why I'm suddenly limping like a goon.
And I've just clicked my neck. Aaaaah. :)
it makes people wince.
I had a mate at school who could dislocate his left shoulder, wrap his arm around his head and touch his left ear. That was cool.
except he screams from the pain because it is so intense.
Back cracking is better, especially when I twist and it cracks sequentially all the way up. Aaaaaaaaaaaah.
i have to click them because it starts to feel sore up until the point i do. especially my ribs and thoracic/cervical vertebrae. worst is when my sacrum clicks. that just feels wrong.
If my muscles arent tight it happens just when I stretch. When I had physio after a car crash the physiotherapist cracked my back to release the joints so i guess it can't be a bad thing.
